Roll up your sleeves and get ready to “dig” into Toe Taps & Taters, a truly authentic Island experience. As a later-evening portion of the signature Fall Flavours “Toe Taps and Taters” event, join us for a fantastic night of toe tapping entertainment with nationally acclaimed Island musician Trinity Bradshaw.
Trinity has been named the western Canadian Entertainer of the Year for 2017, and her boundless energy and great country music will not disappoint. Trinity will be joined by a full band, on a stage, and in a venue, that is different than anything we’ve ever seen.
In addition to that, you’ll have the opportunity to get off your seats and do a little square dancing. As well, you will experience a chef-inspired baked potato bar that will include cheddar, bacon, scallions, caramelized onion-mushroom duxelle, aged ADL cheddar-chipotle sauce, sour cream, and butter! Join Island favorite Michael Pendergast with guest, IrishmanTom Mcswiggan, for a relaxed and fun evening filled with authentic music and stories from the Island. Michael is one of our most creative and versatile entertainers and will have you swaying to songs of the sea and fishermen and on the hook with every story. And if that isn’t enough, he and his culinary family are whipping up one of their own recipes for delicious Acadian Oyster Pie for you to sample. This show, set in the lovely Alberton Arts and Heritage Centre , will give you a wonderful and memorable Saturday night in the gorgeous western end of the Island!

Join us for an early fall afternoon filled with music and an array of comforting, homemade soups. This will be the seventh year for this fundraising event which has been a delicious success each year. Various restaurants and chefs create soups made with fresh, local ingredients. For the price of your ticket, you can sample four different soups which come in four ounce servings, served with homemade rolls and surrounded by wonderful music. Wander between our new pavillion where the soup will be served and Historic St. Mary’s where music will be performed presented by Fall Halls. It’s a truly old fashioned gathering where you can enjoy scrumptious fall flavours, time with friends and family, music, and above all, you are helping us to continue bringing exceptional music to an extraordinary venue.
